Our Ivory & Ebony room stands out for its contemporary design, natural daylight and stylish furniture, and can also be adapted into smaller, more intimate private dining suites.

The room is well-equipped with everything you would need from your conference room in Brighton, including direct dial telephone, free WiFi, bottled mineral water, paper pads and pencils, flipcharts and access to a TV set.

Suited for up to:

• 30 delegates Theatre Style,
• 25 Boardroom,
• 30 people stand-up buffet and
• 25 people banquet style

We can offer refreshments prepared from our award-winning kitchen, from a 2 course lunch to finger buffet.

The Ivory & Ebony room is available to hire for £75.00 for a Half Day and £125.00 for a Full Day. With a range offers available, including delegate rates, you can relax in the knowledge that you will be looked after from start to finish.
